This Privacy Notice describes how Like Labs, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through our mobile application Favorited and related services ("Services"). It also explains your rights and choices with respect to your personal information.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Information You Provide:

      Contact information (e.g., name, email, phone number)

      Account credentials (e.g., username)

      Payment details (processed via Stripe)

      Communications and support inquiries

Application Data (with your permission):

      Mobile device data (e.g., OS, model, IP address)

      Push notification preferences

 We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (as defined under CPRA and PIPEDA), except for limited security/fraud-prevention purposes.

Social Media Login Data:
 We may allow you to register using social media credentials (e.g., Facebook, Twitter). If you do, we collect certain profile data (e.g., name, email, profile photo) as permitted by your settings with that platform.


2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process personal information to:

In instances in which we rely on consent as our basis for processing, you may withdraw your consent at any time by visiting your account settings or clicking the unsubscribe link in our communications. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Once withdrawn, we will stop using your data for the specific purpose, unless another legal basis applies.


4. DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. If your data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction (e.g., from EU/UK/Canada to the US), we apply appropriate safeguards such as:

      Transfers to countries with adequacy decisions

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain personal data as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Retention varies by category:

      Account identifiers: retained while account is active

      Transactional records: retained for statutory purposes (e.g., tax)

       Enforcement info kept for 1 yr. (chat logs,  video or images reported that had enforcement action take on it)

      Inactive accounts: retained and anonymized or deleted within a set period

8. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While no method is 100% secure, we continually assess and improve our protections.


9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will promptly delete it.


10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

      Access, correct, or delete your personal information

      Object or restrict processing

      Data portability

      Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

      Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS?

Yes. Under the CPRA:

      We do not sell or share personal data as defined under CPRA.

      We provide a detailed chart of personal information collected, including categories, use purposes, and retention criteria.

      If our practices change, we will include a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our homepage and update this notice.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a privacy request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of their authority and may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us before processing the request. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light") permits California residents to request disclosure of categories of personal information shared with third parties for direct marketing. 13. CONTENT REPORTING & USER RIGHTS UNDER OSA AND DSA

We provide a public reporting mechanism that allows both users and individuals who view publicly accessible content to report illegal or harmful material. You do not need to have an account to make a report.

We review these reports promptly and take action in accordance with applicable laws, including the UK Online Safety Act and the EU Digital Services Act.

Where required, we offer transparency about how content is recommended or moderated. Users have the right to challenge significant moderation decisions, including via independent dispute mechanisms if available.
